As mentioned in December<\/strong><\/a>, one of our favorite Brit-pop bands Stornoway<\/strong><\/a> will release their highly-anticipated new album Tales From Terra Firma<\/strong> in March.\u00a0 To kick things off, the band has just released the first single from the album, Knock Me On The Head<\/strong><\/em>, which you can stream below.\u00a0 Knock Me On The Head<\/strong><\/em> is a supreme slice of brilliant pop-rock replete with ’60s-organ flourishes and plague-catchy<\/strong> chorus.\u00a0 And the ending?\u00a0 Perfect again.\u00a0 If there is any justice in the radio (and digital) world, this will be a huge hit for Stornoway<\/strong>.\u00a0 We’re going to go way out on a limb and say this is our favorite song of 2013<\/strong> (so far).\u00a0 Augurs incredibly well for the impending album.\u00a0 We can’t wait.<\/p>\n
