The songwriter’s songwriter, Bill Callahan<\/strong> (Smog<\/strong>), recently set up for NPR<\/strong> in Manhattan’s 6th & B Community Garden<\/a> to perform his new song Small Plane<\/strong><\/em> off of his impending Dream River<\/strong><\/em> album.\u00a0 Trustworthy folks are pronouncing Dream River<\/strong><\/em> as Callahan’s<\/strong><\/em> best album to date (which sings volumes).<\/p>\n
