A new compendium of Peter Gabriel<\/strong> cover songs, And I\u2019ll Scratch Yours<\/em><\/strong>, was released today.\u00a0 The album features the likes of Elbow, Paul Simon, Lou Reed<\/strong> and Joseph Arthur<\/strong>.\u00a0 The fantastic Feist<\/strong> also appears (together, curiously, with Timbre Timbre<\/strong>) covering Gabriel’s<\/strong> perfect Don’t Give Up<\/em><\/strong>, which you can listen to below.\u00a0 To our ears it’s a marked improvement over Arcade Fire\u2019s<\/strong> unimaginative version of Games Without Frontiers<\/strong><\/em>, which you can listen to HERE<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0 At bottom, you can watch (via Stereogum<\/strong>) Gabriel<\/strong> himself perform the song with Feist<\/strong> on his tour in 2012.<\/p>\n
