As we’ve been regularly mentioning<\/a>, the great Damon Albarn<\/strong><\/a> (Blur<\/strong>, Gorillaz<\/strong>, et. al) is poised to release his solo debut Everyday Robots <\/strong><\/em>next week.\u00a0 We’ve heard a good portion of the new “cathartic” album, and it is, as we have come to expect from Albarn<\/strong>, a melodic, massively-affecting meisterwork.\u00a0 Today Albarn<\/strong> has dropped his official video for the magnificent Heavy Seas of Love<\/strong><\/em> collaboration with Brian Eno<\/strong>.\u00a0 We were a little slow and only yesterday posted last week’s Song of the Week<\/strong><\/a>, but we can’t stop listening to Heavy Seas of Love<\/strong><\/em> so let’s just call it now:\u00a0 Heavy Seas of Love<\/strong><\/em> is our Song of the Week <\/strong>this week.\u00a0 Check out below the charming and crafty iPad-created video below with its jumble of of journeyings.\u00a0 Afterwards, go over and stream Everyday Robots <\/em><\/strong>via iTunes Radio<\/a>.\u00a0 It will surely vie for Best Album of 2014<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
