Jeesh, we haven’t written about The National<\/strong> in weeks.\u00a0 Let’s fix that quick.\u00a0 Last night in Barcelona during The National’s<\/strong> Primavera Festival<\/strong> set, the band brought out Bon Iver’s<\/strong> Justin Vernon<\/strong> (whose Volcano Choir<\/strong> also made an appearance) to join for Slow Show<\/strong><\/em> (at the 4:00 mark in the first video below) and the Walkmen\u2019s Hamilton Leithauser<\/strong> and Paul Maroon<\/strong> helped out on Mr. November and Terrible Love<\/strong><\/em>.\u00a0 Check out these performances below.\u00a0 Oh to be in Barcelona.\u00a0 The National’s<\/strong> setlist follows the videos.\u00a0 Sadly, the standard\u00a0Vanderlyle Crybaby Geeks<\/strong><\/em> sing-along was dropped as the set-ender.\u00a0 A crying shame.\u00a0 Spain’s loss.<\/p>\n
