In the interest of time, we advise\/remind that Charlottesville, Virginia’s The Sons of Bill<\/strong><\/a> (literally, three brothers whose dad is “Bill”) are playing the Lobero Theater<\/strong> tonight.\u00a0 They are out in support of their buzz-worthy, brand new album Love and Logic.<\/strong>\u00a0 To get a feel for the band, check out three songs from the new album.\u00a0 First up is the just-released live video of the driving song Bad Dancer<\/strong><\/em> (which starts off reminding of Modern English’s I Melt With You<\/em><\/strong> but moves forward from there), followed by the audio for the pop-majestic Brand New Paradigm<\/strong><\/em> (which would be atop the charts in an ideal world, with its Beatles, Lennon<\/strong> and Elton<\/strong> influences and harmonies), and finally the homespun Lost In The Cosmos (Song For Chris Bell)<\/strong><\/em> (with vocals that remind of Yoni Wolf<\/strong> of the great Why?<\/strong> band).<\/p>\n

To sum up:\u00a0 we whole-heartedly subscribe to The Sons of Bill<\/strong> and this vow from another song, Hymnsong, <\/strong><\/em>off the new album:<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re convinced that there\u2019s a cadence to the murmurs in the dark,
\nrapt in patient arbitration, between our weary head and heart,
\ntil\u2019 our spirits cease their raging in the silence of the night,
