London’s Jack Garratt<\/a><\/strong> made his American television debut this week on Conan<\/strong>\u00a0in advance of his debut album,\u00a0Phases<\/strong><\/em>, which will be released in February on Island Records<\/strong>. \u00a0<\/strong>Let’s just say, given the current sport season, that he knocked it out of the park on Conan<\/strong>. \u00a0Garratt<\/strong> is a one-man-band force-of-nature that soundly slaughtered on Conan<\/strong> while performing his impressive song Worry. <\/strong><\/em>\u00a0In so doing,\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>Garratt<\/strong>\u00a0one-upped\u00a0the likes of fellow one-man-bands\u00a0Ed Sheeran <\/strong>and Andrew Bird<\/strong>. While his recorded songs are brilliantly-produced, spare gems, heavily-accented with his distinctive guitar sonics, it is live where Garratt<\/strong> truly shines.<\/p>\n
