We grew up with venerable upstarts such as\u00a0<strong>The Saints, Radio Birdman, The Go-Betweens, The Church, Birthday Party (Nick Cave), Crowded House<\/strong>, and <strong>Paul Kelly,<\/strong>\u00a0and on and on, most recently becoming enamored by <strong>Angus &amp; Julia Stone, Allo Darlin&#8217;<\/strong>, and the uber-talented<strong>\u00a0Courtney Barnett<\/strong>. Now joining these ranks are the Sydney trio <strong><span class=\"main-artist\"><a href=\"http:\/\/middlekidsmusic.com\/\">Middle Kids<\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"main-artist\">(featuring another left-handed guitarist&#8211;to match <strong>Barnett&#8211;<\/strong>and gifted vocalist, <strong>Hannah Joy<\/strong>)<\/span>. We became aware of them via their ridiculously addicting songs<em><strong>\u00a0Edge of Town<\/strong><\/em> and <em><strong>Your Love<\/strong><\/em> (both featured on many <strong>Best Songs of 2016<\/strong> lists). You can just feel it: these Kids have legs!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Middle Kids<\/strong> are headed out on a new tour, which will bring them to the US. \u00a0They play the<strong> Barboza<\/strong> in Seattle on February 21st and\u00a0<strong>The Echo<\/strong> on February 25th, and we can&#8217;t wait!
