This actually happened last Saturday in New York City. As good as your imagination is, the performances more than live up to it. \u00a0Watch below as <strong>Stevens<\/strong>, meshed sympathetically with the mandolin and vocals of<strong> Thile<\/strong>, and augmented \u00a0by the show&#8217;s stellar backing ensemble (<strong>Gaby Moreno, Rich Dworsky, Billy Contreras, Josh Dion, Chris Eldridge<\/strong>, and <strong>Mike Elizondo<\/strong>), performed recent <strong>Record Day<\/strong> single <em><strong>Tonya Harding<\/strong><\/em>, <em><strong>Heirloom<\/strong><\/em> (off <strong>Stevens&#8217;<\/strong> 2010\u2019s <em><strong>All Delighted People<\/strong><\/em>), <em><strong>Visions of Gideon<\/strong><\/em> and <em><strong>Mystery of Love<\/strong><\/em>, the latter two off the Academy Award-nominated\u00a0<em><strong>Call Me By Your Name<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0film soundtrack (and <strong>Stevens&#8217; <em>Mystery of Love<\/em><\/strong> EP). There will be beauty among all the humanity.
