After being delightedly assaulted by their performance on\u00a0<em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thelefortreport.com\/blog\/2019-01\/check-out-bombshell-album-release-by-super-duo-conor-oberst-and-phoebe-bridgers-better-oblivion-community-center\/\">Colbert<\/a><\/strong><\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thelefortreport.com\/blog\/2019-01\/check-out-bombshell-album-release-by-super-duo-conor-oberst-and-phoebe-bridgers-better-oblivion-community-center\/\">\u00a0Wednesday night<\/a>\u00a0, surprised by the release of their debut album,\u00a0and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thelefortreport.com\/blog\/2019-01\/watch-better-oblivion-community-center-perform-on-cbs-this-morning\/\">their three-song performance on <\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thelefortreport.com\/blog\/2019-01\/watch-better-oblivion-community-center-perform-on-cbs-this-morning\/\">CBS This Morning<\/a><\/strong>, the band subsequently released the official video for their fantastic new song <strong><em>Dylan Thomas<\/em><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to a press release: &#8220;Today, the band is sharing the video for the album&#8217;s lead single, <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/r20.rs6.net\/tn.jsp?f=001RjoCnSCGQ4ZyKRiO_VV9hvxHW61IwCVcL1XJrDg_w0MMBnsdmlcgNU4zcLrVFwYFEzWcZYxveZeWopwGgs0noGPJlguYzZtEMxsJ1_BsW6OixLWq5yacNPUpr1gQAGiaEelPjp8Lf--j2vdg--0VKKiMploTxdL_qArgKzgXgcub3wg92H-uTQ==&amp;c=XIn-nmVX3zECcxeo6lzf4LUytYZtqp-y8-ApWgEkwMuN1EspheqIYQ==&amp;ch=OnZ-mKF9Bf31cMjXHfvGXWuIHSTIdpTkQafjKDyBbpf4mXAfGI_U9A==\" target=\"_blank\">Dylan Thomas<\/a><\/strong>, directed by\u00a0<strong>Japanese Breakfast&#8217;s Michelle Zauner<\/strong>. Speaking on the origins of the clip, Zauner states: &#8220;<em>Phoebe Bridgers and Conor Oberst are two of my favorite songwriters and lyricists of our time, so it was an honor to get to work with them on the visuals for their new project together.
