Clap Your Hands Say Yeah<\/strong> are headed to Santa Barbara (Soho on May 21st<\/strong>) courtesy of Club Mercy<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0 Everyone loved their first album, but afterwards they’ve been met with some indifference as each new Flavor of the Week<\/strong> drew the attention of the bloggers.\u00a0 By now they’ve established their long-term credibility, and we look forward to seeing them.\u00a0 In the meantime check out this recent performance of Misspent Youth<\/strong> at NYC’s Bowery Ballroom<\/strong>.\u00a0 The song’s lyrics follow (with a line or three reminding of Jeff Buckley and his plight). <\/p>\n
